Bloodfest2009 was a total sweat puddle. Out of the craziness of the day came the idea for this pairing on vinyl and it made complete sense for all involved. Two acts who are at the top of their game right now, both evolving in different directions but in the same space. The Rot crashes through like a Castration Squad stalking your deep, dark secrets. The Parade flips it with a beat so sparse that the trailing vocals and bridge-buzz almost seem deliberate.
